Samaritan Pentateuch written on parchment by the copyist and liturgical hymn author Abisha ibn Pinhas ibn Joseph, dated 740 AH (1339-1340 AD), see folios 238-253. The text is arranged as a one-letter manuscript (with some instances of two-letter spacing), where justification was achieved by detaching a letter from the first and last words of each line. The manuscript retains notes from previous owners and deeds of sale on f.69: 23 Rajab 1308 AH (4 March 1891 AD), f.129: Jumada II 887 AH (July/August 1482 AD), f.169v: undated, two on f.227: Shawwal 844 AH (February/March 1441 AD) and 1308 AH (1890/1891 AD), and f.276v: 867 AH (1462/1463 AD). Signs of kissing are found on f.140v (Leviticus 9.22-10.1), f.179 (Numbers 6.21-23) and f.209v (Numbers 25.10).
